Good to know before booking
When should I book for July–August?
As early as possible: Antibes and Juan-les-Pins fill up for the summer season and Jazz à Juan in July.
Do I need a car?
Not in the Old Town or near the station. On Cap d'Antibes a car or bus line 2 is useful; hotel parking is a real plus there.
Is it cheaper to stay in Nice or Cannes?
Not necessarily. Port Vauban and station-area hotels are often good value, with Nice 25 min and Cannes 15 min by train.
